Experience Indian food in a royal palace dining atmosphere. Taj Palace believes in satisfying their customer with a wide variety of Indian vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. The authentic Indian ambiance and soft Indian music are sure to make you fel like you are truly in a palace. 
Gurmail Singh Gill is the owner and Chef for Taj Palace of India and has over 22 years of experience working in this business. He worked for 5 years as a Chef in Gaylord Restaurant in Beverely Hills in 1980-85. He opened his first restaurant, Taj Mahal in 1986 in Dallas, Texas. His second venture was opening another restaurant, Star of India in Little Rock, Arkansas in joint partnership.

We charge 15% tip on top of our food price. 

We also own TAJ Banquet Hall (425 378-8000) next to the restaurant.
